We are two female 28 year old post grads looking for a third person to share a house with from July.
We have found a lovely house in the roath area, off Albany Road and need a nice, clean person to share with. We are both non-smokers. The house has large bedrooms, lounge, dining room, a little kitchen and a back yard. It's lush and we are hoping to find someone asap so we don't miss out so any interest please email.
We are easy going girls and would like someone similar. We are quite busy and like to be out and about but welcome a new face, boys or girls welcome : )

You will need to be able to provide a uk based guarantor and the bond will be approx £400 inc agency fees. It's a 12 month contract, although we sort out bond etc. with an agency, we will deal directly with the landlord from then.
You will need to be a post grad student as we are both exempt from council tax.
