We are a leading Construction NVQ assessment company based in Wales, however with offices in other areas we operate throughout the United Kingdom. Due to our company expansion we currently have a cleaning vacancy. We are looking to pay £5.75 - £6.00 per hour for a 40 hour week 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a ½ hour for lunch.

The package will come with 24 days holiday + bank holidays – 5 days holiday to be kept for the Xmas break, the rest can be taken with a minimum months notice.

Salary payable monthly on or before the 28th Month.

The work will be as follows.

Daily clean:
Reception.
toilets (ground floor, first floor),
Staff toilets, first and second floor.
staff room.
Canteen / Kitchen – Outside patio area.
Workshops and corridors (Swept and Mopped).
class rooms
All bins in Office areas.
Office floors to have a Hoover daily.
Outside sweep (Front entrance).

Monday/Wednesday/Friday clean.
Offices First and Second floor (This includes keyboards, pc’s desks, shelving all areas).
Gymnasium.

Weekly clean:
All glass frames and doors.
