Me and my housemate (2 male professionals) are looking for a housemate, male or female, to share with us for a minimum of 3 but preferably 6 months. The price of £330 includes rent, water, council tax and wireless broadband. Only additional bill is electric however this is prob £10 a month max, especially in the summer months.

The room available is fully furnished with a double bed and even a large tv thrown in if needed.

The location is absolutely textbook on the very quiet Lloyd George Avenue, 5 mins walk from St Marys Street and Central Station, less then 10 mins to Queen Street and Mermaid Quay, perfect for those summer evening drinks at Cardiff Bay!

We have 2 bathrooms so there is never a queue in the morning, leather sofas, large dinning table and wireless braodband (price included).
