Large, modern townhouse with 4 bedrooms in Canton. I am currently looking for a 4th person to share this house.

The room is fully furnished and modern as is the rest of the house.

Rent is £500 a month, this includes water bills, council tax, electricity bills, sky tv, and broadband. The house is very sociable, I have two other houses in the street and all tenants are young and outgoing. Ideal if you are moving to Cardiff as it provides an instant friendship group of 12!

You will be sharing with 3 professional girls. We are looking for male or female, who is considerate and quiet, with a very good sense of humour, tidy and clean about the communal areas and just generally easy to get on with. I think chemistry in the house is really important and try to get friendly and sociable tenants.

The house is on 3 floors, kitchen, utility on ground floor including a large garage and large garden. Then large L shaped lounge and ensuite on the first floor and the three other rooms on the top floor(one is ensuite and the other two share the main bathroom). There's plenty of parking in the street, which is safe as it's a culdesac.

We're in Clos Dewi Sant,(CF11 9EW) the new builds next to the hospital in Canton. It takes 10 minutes to walk into town(or less to roll back of an evening). Plus we also are only 2 minutes from the resturants, pubs and shops of Canton.
