Our house in Roath will have one spare room from the 1st July 2008. You will be sharing with four friendly young professionals, aged between 23 - 26. (1 male, 3 females). We are all out-going and sociable. The spare room is actually two rooms due to the size. It does however, have a double bed.

Our overall house is big, with a back garden and a nice sized kitchen. We have two bathrooms and attic space Please note we also have a cat. The house is a minute away from Roath Park and is near Albany Road which has many different shops.
