leading international organisation with offices based on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team.

As a Finance Administrator your role will invvolve:-
Posting invoices against orders
Processing Financial invoices
Dealing with queries from suppliers and stores
Handling and resolving payment queries
Self billing
Consignment of stock
General administration duties including faxing, filing and photcopying

Applications will be considered from individuals with the following skills and experience:-
Have general accounts knowledge, and ideally have experience of dealing with purchase orders
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work within a team or on own initiative
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Experience of SAP would be advantage but not essential as full training will be provided

In return the company a salary of £15 to £16,000, including excellent benefits

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
