Jazz and Swing course for beginners - for all instruments. A series of workshops aimed at encouraging people of all ages and abilities to have a go at playing swing, jazz and blues. Beverley Gough will be running a series of workshops at the Norwegian Church starting on Tuesday 29th September 09. Course runs for 2 hours, from 7-9pm and costs £10 waged, £6 concessions.

SaxForFun! Also on 29th September there will be an opportunity to attend a beginners saxophone learning session, which runs from 6 to 7pm. This will be a group session for all ages, and will give the basic knowledge needed to play the saxophone, and offer the option to learn to read music. All classes are done with the emphasis on enjoyment, and making the learning experience fun! Please email with your details. Saxophone class costs £10 per person, and is aimed at those with no previous experience of playing.
