It has wooden flooring, high ceilings, 2 large windows & a built in cupboard. The shared rooms in the house include a large bathroom with an electric shower, the living room which has 2 leather reclining sofas, 2 book shelves & sky tv. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, large fridge, microwave, cooking utensils & crockery. There is also an utility room with a large freezer & washing machine which leads out in to the back garden. The house itself is conveniently situated for the city centre, it's approx. 10/15 minute walk. There's free on road parking & a bus stop nearby. The rent is £400 per calendar month, which includes gas, water & electricity. As I mentioned before there is sky tv, wireless broadband & house phone, these aren't included in the monthly rent. The people who already live there are myself (Vicky), Christopher & Karen. We're all professionals who enjoy quieter nights in during the week, maybe with a bottle of wine & a dvd, then on weekends we like going out to the pub with friends, for a night on the town or having a few friends around for take out and a good laugh. We're all around the 23/24 year old mark. I forgot to mention we have 2 slightly crazy cats :-) Other than than that I think I've mentioned everything I can think of.
