We have a double room in our house from july 1st 2008, sharing with 3 medics (currently 4th yrs), the rent is £230 pcm with half rent for july and august if unoccupied.
Its a lovely big, bright house, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen-diner, seperate lounge,garden and balcony. All the usual washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer etc.
