i have a 13 year old static caravan near st davids in pembrokeshire for sale. It is just up from aberiddy bay. It has 2 years from jan 2010 left on site - after that it will have to be removed. There is nothing wrong with the van, it is in good condition with a brand new gas boilder fitted this year and new bedding and new water pipework.
The ground rent is £1500 per year (due in january - it is paid until then). It includes water rates and 500units of electricity. Gas is £28 a bottle. it also has a lovely veranda/decking balconey for sitting an eating/bbq outside.
