Branch Manager - risk/compliance/underwriting/business development/profit growth/new business/bad debt/manager/team leadership/leadership

Newman’s Stone’s client, a leading finance company, is looking for a dedicated and driven Branch Manager who will be responsible for profit growth and account management. You will have had previous experience managing and motivating teams and will be very commercially aware. You will have covered all aspects of the business cycle from Risk, Underwriting, Compliance to Business Development, Recruitment, Training and Account management. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and will be able to adapt to the changing market. You will develop a competent sales strategy and will be able to combat bad debt. A financial services background is a minimum. You must be very driven and will have a work ethic to match the company’s requirements.
