Hi im 19 years old and have a few "good" ideas that i would like to release i have quite abit of experience in XHTML, CSS, and only a little in PHP - MySQL - Javascript im looking for someone who we can both learn the languages and skills in order to create websites and maybe make a good income from them at a later date.

Im looking for someone who is as passionate as me about web design and also wants to learn new skills.
