Assistant Spa Manager required for a very prestigious Hotel in South Wales

Candidates require previous experience at a supervisory level from within a Spa.

As Assistant Spa Manager you will be assisting to run, supervise, motivate and inspire a team of Therapists. Stock control is essential to maximise revenue and also the supervision of reservations to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and also to optimise sales.

As Assistant Spa Manager you will be assisting to implement and maintain standards of procedures to ensure high standards are in place in the Spa.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 1,2, 3 and have at least 18 months experience at a supervisory level for this opportunity as Assistant Spa Manager

Products used at this spa include Clarins and Elemis products.

The salary is £18,000 / annum
