My client is a respected community based housing association located in Torfaen. They are one of the largest RSL's in Wales employing a staff of over 400. They maintain a stock of over 8000 properties, 911 of which are classified as sheltered accommodation. 



The role is a newly created key post within the organisation.  The purpose of the role is to lead, develop and operationally manage all aspects of the organisation's Supported and Sheltered Housing service.  Responsibilities of the post will include monitoring and reporting on performance levels, management and development of staff, contributing to financial and risk management plans and developing a strategy for the service moving forwards.



The successful candidate will be employed either on a fixed term or temporary contract for an initial period of nine months. There is a strong possibility that this will be extended or the contract made permanent beyond this.
