hi im gareth 27 looking for a property to rent in or near cardiff or caerphilly i dont smoke i have no pets or bad habbits im a quite person i keep myself to myself never been in trouble ie police or anything honest reliable at the moment im not working due to having a very bad accident at work the reason im looking fo cardiff is that im having to go to the hospital on a regular basis for reconstructive surgery so they have given me serer disability i know some landlords dont like dss but most of the rent will be paid by myself looking to pay around 300 -480 a month part furnished if possible thanks
