There is a spacious kitchen with all appliances (including washing machine and dish washer), crockery and cutlery, pots and pans etc.. Spacious bathroom with shower, and a sunny relaxing garden, with wooden furniture and BBQ. 

I am a professional 30 year old male looking for someone to share my home, I have no preference of sex or age, however potential housemates must be in full time education or employment. No couples i'm afraid. I'm easy going and relaxed, i work shifts so there's never a queue for the bathroom in the mornings (also a downstairs toilet), and i hardly ever seem to be at home.
