I am 22 years old with previous experience as a Bar Manager and I am taking my personal license exam in 2 weeks time.
I have experience in everything to do with running a pub, duties such as stock take, ordering, staff management, opening and closing of premises, cash handling, banking, public interaction etc.
I would ideally want a live in position but if the the right job comes along without accommodation then I would be willing to rent a property close by. (also willing to move out of the Cardiff area)
I have 4 years experience of working behind a bar and thoroughly enjoy it.
I am hardworking, conscientious and trustworthy.
