We are seeking a Assistant Manager with ambition to succeed in our unit in McArthurglen Outlet, Bridgend. You will be energetic, hands-on and have a proven track record working in a branded fast food/restaurant environment with focus on driving sales & profits.

You will lead by example and have a good eye for operational detail. You will be able to deliver high standards of service and food in a very busy retail outlet. You will be a team player, able to communicate and liaise with senior management.

You will be joining the UK brand leader in offering healthy, fresh & satisfying products in a busy shopping centre working around retailing hours. The Company is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan so we can offer good promotional prospects for the right people.
