I have a 2 bed house on Caerwent Road, Ely. Very quiet street with lovely neighbours. Have 3 little boys and need a bit more room for them.

There is a drive at the front of the house and a nice long garden at the back.

New fitted kitchen and bathroom.

I would like an exchange to a 3 bed house in Ely or Caerau, with 2 living rooms or 1 large living room if possible.

Need to stay in this area, to stay close to the kids school.
