We have 1 furnished double room available in our beautiful big 4 bed house. At the moment myself and my partner live in the house. We will be renting out 2 bedrooms in total (the fourth bed is a study).
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a desk. Bedding will also be provided, unless of course you prefer your own.
There are two bathrooms, kitchen. dining room and a big double living room. There is also a small garden which is in the process of being dolled up!
We have broadband/wireless internet access and sky TV (and a Wii, which is endless fun should you have any free time!).
We also have two cats. They are well trained and will stay out of the other bedrooms apart from ours.

The house is a 15min walk to the city centre (perfect for people working there!) and 15min walk to the bay!

We are both postgrads who have recently graduated our masters courses. I am in the field of Psychology (working in rehab) and my partner is a teacher. We are both easy-going, sociable, enjoy having the odd party but normally too busy! We love to travel and meet new people, enjoy sports, music and movies.

Rent is per week and will include bills.
