Salary: £18-23K

ROLE:
Do you like the idea of improving peoples lives? Yes, then as a Trainer here at A4e you`ll get to experience that first hand every day. Your role will be to deliver innovating, engaging and motivating group training sessions to customers from a variety of backgrounds and abilities, with the ultimate aim of helping them secure sustainable work. You will be required to assess the needs of our customers through consultations with work colleagues, adapt courses dependent upon needs and organise all the logistics to ensure effective training happens.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven experience in delivering high quality training
b) Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
c) A passion to motivate and lead by example to support people back to work.
d) An empathy with the customer group and experience of overcoming complex barriers.
e) You`ll need to have a training qualification- (for example: PTTLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, City and Guilds 7307 or NVQ Assessor qualified)
f) I.T literacy, proficiency of using all MS Office packages and experience within an e-learning environment
g) Experience in developing and delivering Information, Advice and Guidance
h) Experience of involvement with unemployed and / or disadvantaged people and working in a challenging environment is desirable
