Hays are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service / administrator.
Working in a fast paced team the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate that they have worked in pressurised, busy environments. This a fantastic opportunity for you to work on a temporary basis for the rest of the year with even the possibility of it moving onto a permanent post if you demonstrate the right skills and commitment.
Duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all calls
- Handling any queries that come in efficiently
- Updating databases
- Booking appointments
- Processing all general administration
- Free parking
- Close to bus links
- Long term temporary assignment
- Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of microsoft office
- Immediately available
- Prepared to work not just standard office hours
- Must be able to commit to the duration of the temporary assignment
