We've got a spare room available from the 1st July for a year in a stunning house near Roath Park...

It's a good size GF room with a double bed, desk, wardrope and chest of drawers included...the house has two bathrooms one with a shower and the other a bath, a seperate kitchen and a lounge/dining area...theres a patio out back - good for BBQs :-) and a shed which can be used for storage...the previous tenants have wired the internet and NTL into all of the bedrooms so this should be easy to set up when we move in!

u'd be sharing with 4professional females aged 21-24...we're all easy going and up for a laugh...love going out on the weekend!we're looking for another professional female (or student willing to pay council tax!) around the same age who has similar interests

the rent is £250pcm not including bills...the landlord is really nice and we have been told by the other tenants that any problems have been sorted straight away..
the bond would be due straight away and the first months rent is the end of June...
