Double room to let in quirky two bedroom terrace. I recently refurbished this house and am looking for young professional to occupy second bedroom. Situated in a quiet conservation area two mins from Bridgend Town Centre, and around 5 minutes from Bridgend Train Station. Very convenient for train commuters. Plenty of space for parking a car though.

I am a sociable, easy going, working 23 year old.

Suitable for a young professional. Employment reference will be required.

No couples.

All bills including water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband included.
