Duties will involve:
Providing a single point of contact for customers’ enquiries
Taking ownership & responsibility for calls, from initial contact through to resolution
Dealing with all customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that good relationships are maintained
Candidates should have proven experience working in customer service, preferably in call centre environment.
