A wonderful opportunity for a passionate leisure professional to manage the day to day operation for this lovely hotel gym in Cardiff.
Your responsibilities will include managing the general smooth running of the Club's operation, driving forward Membership sales, customer service, as well as controlling costs and maximising revenue.
Experience within a Hotel based club is preferential and this would suit an assistant leisure club manager looking to take their next step up the management ladder, but a Duty Manager / Fitness Manager of a large premier Health Club will also be considered. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Fitness and Personal Training qualification + Lifeguard and pool plant experience. Fantastic Hotel group, with excellent progression opportunities.
