£300 per month, this includes ALL bills AND council tax. 1 month rent required in advance, along with £100 bond. References preferred, but not essential.
House is located 15 minute walk from Cardiff City Centre, or 5 minutes by bus/car.There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.
