I live on Penarth Road and have a spare parking permitt for my street. I live right next door to central station car park. As central as you can get!. My street is the one with Brains Brewery entrance at the end of it and the AA building opposite. St Mary's st is literally 1 minute walking distance away. I have lived there since last July and have never had any problems parking there. If in the rare situation that you cannot park there then you can park on any of the nearby streets. I will gIve you the parking permitt so you can use 24hrs a day seven days a week.
