I'm looking for a room in a house or flat share or to rent a small flat or basement in a house to practice with my band.

I'm not bothered about the condition of the property or how it looks, I just need to be able to practice in the evenings and weekends with out any one complaining.

Willing to pay up to £300 per month for a room in a house/flat share but if someone has a property that suits my needs that is more expensive then please let me know as I will endeavor to find other housemates to share the rent.

If there are any other musicians in bands who are looking for a similar living arrangement or practice/living space please get in touch as we can share the rehearsal space.

I'm 28 and play metal and rock and I'm an easy going, peaceful and laid back sort.
