An RMN is required for a care home offering nursing and personal care to the elderly, with dementia related illnesses.
My client is seeking a proficient and efficient RMN who is customer focused with a passion for excellence in standards and provision.
The successful candidate will have
-excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-experience in caring for the elderly, Dementia clients
-the ability to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with external agencies and families
-be in the knowledge of the regulatory framework of the 'Care Standards Act 2000'
Applicants must have a valid pin number and experience caring for older people with dementia and Learning difficulties.
It's important you are able to lead a team, demonstrating strong positive attitudes about professional practice
Strong support will be received from a regional team with ongoing training and further career opportunities
The salary for this role will be £24000 to £24500 a year
