Based in South Wales we are looking for a testing manager / team lead with a strong background working within a java environment. The suitable applicant will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of java and be able to set up testing environments and develop the testing strategies. You will also have experience in at least some of the following - Struts, JSP, Spring, JSF, Linux, WebLogic, with good understanding of relational databases (SQL). Experience of the full development life cycle, Organised and methodical approach to tasks, ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks according to agreed priorities. You will lead form the front and manage a team of testers, acting as an internal escalation point for any issues. You will have experience of managing stakeholders in different areas of a business and be able to provide flexibility and commitment to team working. Please note only candidates with the relevant Java background will be considered.
