Job - Newport - Payroll Recoveries Customer Service Advisor - £7.77ph
My Client, a local government body, is looking for a temporary worker to join their busy team for a contract of 3 months. As a member of the 'payroll recoveries team' you will on a daily basis work with a team of skilled finance professionals to deliver first class staff debt management, working with HR Services to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding payroll overpayments.
The successful candidate will have prior experience managing large volumes of data, will demonstrate an understanding of double entry book keeping and will have demonstrable experience of explaining complex information and negotiating.
Prior knowledge of Oracle financials and excel computer packages is essential.
Showing drive, Acting with integrity, Respecting others, Persuading and influencing, Building relationships and teamwork, Communicating effectively, Problem solving and decision making, Organising and maximising performance, are all key to this role.
A current CRB or Disclosure Scotland check would be advantageous.
