Our client is a Independent hospital they currently provide in-patient Care and Treatment in the units with a range of complex care facilities and community rehabilitation units for service users with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Needs. They require a Permanent Service Manager based in Blaenau Gwent to work full time.

Qualifications:

RNLD/RNMH/RMN or other equivalent Nursing qualifications; ideally a minimum of 5 years post registration experience in Mental health needs and/or Psychiatry at Senior level ; relevant management experience and/or training.

Duties:

Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the various units of the hospital, its management of staff and facilities, culminating in the delivery of appropriate care to all patients within the hospital.
