Restaurant Manager - Leading Restaurant

Our client is simply one of the best Restaurant brands in the U.K today. They have a unique concept which is simply more than a restaurant. They provide fantastic products and pride themselves on the highest level of customer service. Due to their continued success they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their restaurant team.

The role:

As a Restaurant Manager you will be a major part of their Senior Management Team, working closely with the Assistant Manager and other Managers. You will be responsible for teams of up to 30 people, ensuring that this busy restaurant constantly delivers the high quality food and customer service it has become famous for.

About you:

You will be an existing Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager who has a real passion for the restaurant industry and your career. Ideally you will have high volume restaurant experience. You must be a hands-on manager as in this role you will be expected to lead from the front. You must also be able to demonstrate the passion to lead and drive your own career, my client has a reputation for developing and promoting from with-in so this is an attitude they will look for.
