- We are a couple in our 20's and this is our home so only people who are respectful of our house and neighbours are welcome

- Possibility that our 3rd bedroom will be rented for the weekend but not confirmed yet

- Rates = £30pp for one night - £25pp for additional nights

- Passport ID required and cash on arrival to cover us security wise.
