I have a 4 year old large ground floor housing association flat in the Heath area of cardiff and would like to swap with someone who has a 3 bedroom house in the Cathays or Heath area. My property is an End of link with large window in lounge, nice airy flat with large kitchen, decent size bathroom 1 large bedroom & 1 smaller bedroom, nice size lounge. Quiet area & only 10 residents in the cul de sac. Close to community centre, shops, train station, bus stops etc. Do not want to move, however, new baby on the way so we need more room :(
