We are working in partnership with our client to find them a Unit Manager for their new floor opening.You must be RMN/RGN/RNLD

The home is part of a growing evolving company who specialise in a wide spectrum of care such as nursing,residential and dementia.The home itself is newly opened and holds 85 residents at full capacity, due to the success of the home they are now at full capacity and need to open their new floor.

The floor will be a mixture of general nursing and dementia and the unit manager will oversee all aspects of the floor.

This is a great opportunity as you will be in post from day one of the floor opening and will be involved in ensuring procedures are working correctly,developing a staff team,overseeing rota's .stock checking and generally managing the whole floor.

The role offers plenty of scope for development as well as excellent onsite facilities such as min-gym,swimming pool,restaurant etc.
