Its a bright, spacious room in a semi detached house. We've got a leafy back yard area for BBQs now the suns out a bit more, free wireless broadband (not sure why no-ones charging us for it but I'm not complaining!), lounge and dining room. Bills are pretty low I'd say - never seems much of a dent in my paycheque : ) Literally ten minutes walk to town, 15 minutes to Central station so no taxis in and out after a night out. It isn't a dodgy bit of Riverside either, honestly nice enough! I'm 26 and work in Penarth, it'd be nice to get people my age as my ex-housemates, a couple who just emigrated to Greece were so cool. There are 2 other people in the house at the minute but one is preparing to leave as she's going back to uni.
