Key requirements are:
Bar and cellar experience, must be able to change barrels
Personality, drive, good people skills, customer focused
Good interaction with our valued customers
Knowledge of good food and good wines and enjoy serving guests with friendly, fast and efficient service
Fluent English, smart appearance, the ability to work as part of a team as well as off own initiative.
