It will be much-needed injection of cool into Cardiff's city centre, offering great food and a relaxing, fashionable environment by day that flawlessly transforms into one of the city’s hottest live music and DJ venues each and every night.

There really isn’t anywhere better to grab a taste of Cardiff’s unique arts and music scene all in one place.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate music focused Assistant Bar Managers for this exciting new venue. You will have a passion for live music and events and display great customer experience.

Ideally you will have experience within a busy music venue ideally with exposure to live music, events, experience in promotions would be preferrable as well as knowledge of the local music scene.

You will obviously be experienced in running a busy, high volume bar and/or venue with experience in the operational running of the bar whilst supporting your general manager andleading from the front of house with a hands-on approach

You will be assisting with managing, leading and training a team to deliver a fantastic customer experience as well as complying to all licensing and legislation such as health & safety and food safety standards


You will be able to help operate a unique business and be extremely resourceful and you will display strong interpersonal skills, motivating and maintaining a sense of team focus.

You Must have a valid NCPLH.
