Hello there,

we are 2 friends {male, female), living currently in cathays, cardiff. We both come from Slovakia, young professionals, working fulltime on bay, never struggling how to pay our rent. As we have some experience with living in cardiff usually with students or only part/time working people from abroad, we know exactly what we are looking for now.

Would be really nice to get into shared flat or house, area cardiff bay and city center within walk distance, with free 2 decent size double bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and cozy launch. But what the most important, the house supposed to be clean as we would love to keep it always nice, tidy up after ourselves, let's say just live as human beings deserve to live:).

We are friendly, open-minded, easy/going people, sociable, having fun, but as well mature and responsible. Which means, is lovely to have a chat with u, get know u and help each other, if any problem comes up, but doesn't mean to have all people in the house cooking dinner at the same time for ages or hanging around when u see somebody needs few minutes to take his laundry off, for example:) We are not keen on private late night partyig with our friends in shared space, better go out and freak out there {be sure u r invited, if u feel the same way:}}

Yeah, and last thing, would be just perfect, if those rooms are available from 1st of July or even erlier is fine too, certainly we could manage it somehow.
