I have a double room available in Dogfield st (cathays/roath area). Rent is £250 pcm including water bills. Council tax + other bills are really cheap aswell, as they are split 5 ways and all of us are working full-time. No bond required! The house is fully furnished, clean and tidy with small back garden and a housecat called bob!
I am 22 and graduated last year from doing english at cardiff uni...since then i've just been workin in cardiff and living with 3 of my other mates (2 guys and 1 girl, aged 19-27).
