Rhoose is commutable to Llantwit Major, Barry, Bridgend/rest of Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff.

Recommended to have own transport.

This is a house share with a married couple - you would have your own bathroom which has a shower/bath.

A clean and tidy double bedroom for rent, which has recently been refurbished, modern double bed, double wardrobe along double drawer unit and 2 bedside tables. Also has colour TV and Freeview box and booster aerial.

BATHROOM
Large modern bathroom with large round bath and power shower. (Owners of the house use their own bathroom).

2. We have a conservatory with its own seating and dining area so there is always plenty of places to have privacy in addition to the other rooms in the house.
3. Use of a computer with broadband and own private login included also WIFI in the house if you have your own laptop/PC.

5. TV in main lounge has SKY including recording facility.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Two references
2. 1 month’s bond rent required. £350 per current month, which includes gas/electric/water/council tax.
3. Must be a clean tidy professional person, that is an animal lover as we have 2 cats and 1 small friendly dog.
4. Couples charged at £650 pcm for double room.
