Everyone is welcome to come along and try out meditation and learn some straightforward methods to improve our sense of inner peace
We have classes at Cardiff Quaker Meeting House, Charles Street, on Thursdays 7:30-9pm and in Newport Civic Centre on Tuesdays, 7:30-9pm
