Area Supervisor M40 North Wales

Nightclub Photography company, requires a hard working, self driven Area Supervisor, based centrally, in the Newport area, covering our Wales & West Midlands Area.

Towns Included: Swansea, Bridgend, Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester

Duties:

Recruitment & Training – this is the most essential part of the role
Delivering & maintaining stock levels
Performing quality control checks on staff & their branches.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 yrs supervisory experience is essential.
A background in Retail and/or Sales / Recruitment is desirable.
Applicants must be competent in delivery one on one & group training sessions
The position will require you to visit our branches, which may be up to 2 hrs drive from the Newport area, therefore your own car is essential.
You will also require your own mobile phone & home broadband internet connection – all office based work is done from home
You may be required to attend weekly / monthly meetings as & when required. This could be at head office or another location which will be advised.

It is imperative that Supervisors attend our venues every Friday & Saturday night, between 9pm and 3am. You will also need to visit Tues – Thurs nights as required. Stock delivery takes place Monday 10am – 6pm, other daytime hours will be arranged on a weekly basis

You must be flexible to accommodate these hours, which will not total more than 45 per wk

Salary dependant on age & experience (16k - 24k pa ) and Bonus Scheme of upto £6k
