Dream of spending your days in luxurious five star surroundings? One of Europe’s finest golf, spa and leisure destinations is looking for experienced, professional Spa Supervisor to join an established and talented team.

With two luxurious spas featuring 22 beautifully appointed treatment rooms delivering some of the finest and most contemporary therapies available from leading luxury brands including Elemis, Clarins and Leighton Denny Nails.

Job responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance, as laid down by the Spa Manager, are implemented and adhered to by all reception staff. To organise scheduling to maximize use of time and ensure maximum profitability while ensuring that the clients’ needs are of first importance.

You will be responsible for monitoring and communicating the adjustments required to the Spa Manager in the day to day running of the spa from inputting therapists schedules, allocating holiday entitlements, collation of stock take data, inputting of stock take data, general administration duties. You will be working with departmental budgets, so sound business acumen is essential. You will also be monitoring daily and weekly retail sales and treatments, and assisting overseeing standards throughout the spa.

Requirements:

You will have at least 3 years experience at supervisor or Management level working within a similar luxury spa/hotel environment with front of house experience.

Knowledge of spa treatments and Elemis or Clarins product brands is a distinct advantage.

Working hours:

40 hours working 5 out of 7 days over various shifts that may include evenings and weekends so a flexible attitude is required.

Salary:

£14,500 - £16,500 depending on experience and company benefits.
