I will have a fantastic studio-like double bedroom become available on NOV 1st.
Wooden floored, TV, great decor, double loft bed, Ikea double sofa bed underneath, lots of storage and natural light.
It's £312pcm inclusive of bills and a £150 deposit.
This is single occupancy rent.
As for the house, it's wooden floored throughout, large dining room, kitchen with full utilities, bathroom with shower, garden and street parking. Crockery, pots and pans are all here.
I can provide towels and bed linen.
The house has wireless also. NON SMOKING
Looking to attract a professional, reliable, considerate and friendly person. The house has the occasional cocktail party or a get-2-gether over dinner, it's pretty laid back really.
A cat does live here occasionally and is my responsibility.
