I have 3 large rooms available for short term rent ..they are bright clean well decorated .one room has en -suite and the other 2 share a bathroom ..

The house is large and in a large garden in a quiet rural area outside newport yet its only 2 miles from a large retail park inc.cinemas,supermarkets,next ,new look, boots, franky and bennys etc ,a sports complex with velodrome and gym ,pools, and speedway track also approx 4 miles for celtic manor golf resort ,..near to junction 23 a and 24 of the M4 ..each room has tv with dvd and freeview and is fully furnished
..use of shared kitchen with dishwasher, large range oven, washing machine.tumble drier ,we also have wi fi broad band and a separate lounge with playstation, wii , tv etc ..i also offer home cooked meals most evenings .bills are included ..not landline tho ..and outside you will have your own safe parking on a drive ..there is a sheltered courtyard garden at the back of the house with barbecue ..i would prefer non smoking professional people and ideally on a mon to fri day basis ..please dont hesitate to contact me for more details Dawn 01633 275468
