I have a 1 bed GF flat, neutral and clean, lamiante flooring very homely genuing reason for move! quiet neighbours, and NOT problematic, its a lovely place would make excellent home for single person/couple/older person, it has a sort of village feel as oppose to city feel here very quiet but on great easy bus routes, contact for more info, and with area i am ideally looking for cathays, canton, leckwith(not lawrenny avenue) ect but willing to consider other areas!
