My household name Cardiff based client are urgently looking for a Business Analyst to join the team for an initial one month contract likely to extend a further two months. The Business Analyst must be able to telephone interview Friday and face to face Monday. This is non negotiable and the Business Analyst must be able to meet these timescales with a 2nd November Start. The skills the Business Analyst will need is....

End to end experience of the project life cycle
Proven experience of working directly with end users.
Demonstrable experience of writing requirements specifications within technology environments.
Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
A proven track record in workflow analysis.

To document business requirements across affected domains.
To understand and prioritise business requirements across affected business areas.
To work with business owners and delivery work streams to develop optimal solutions.
To transmit the business requirements for the project into functional specifications and detailed test plans (where required).
Analyse and document business processes/business workflows with particular reference to the current paper chase.
Secure sign off of business requirements and workflows from the business managers.
